TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT - CELEBRATING SUE BLACK

This month we celebrate Sue Black, Executive Vice President of Facility Operations! Sue joined Owens Realty Services in 1990 and now oversees over 20 million square feet of commercial facilities. Throughout her 20 year tenure, Sue has proved invaluable in leading her team to six National BOMA Building of the Year (TOBY) Award Nominations, two International BOMA Building of the Year Award Nominations, and multiple Energy Star Building Certifications.
Sue serves as a member of the Connecticut Green Building Council, APPA, BOMA, BSCAI, and IFMA. She holds her CAM License in Connecticut and Florida as well as graduated from Disney Institutes Approach to Quality Service. Last year, Sue was awarded Owens' Pinnacle of Excellence Award. This award is Owens' gold standard for embodying and inspiring our Quality Service Standards. "Sue's dedication to her clients as well as the growth of the organization continues to impress.
