OWENS REALTY SERVICES AWARDED NEW CONTRACT WITH ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER

Owens Realty Services is excited to announce the award of a multi-year contract with the Orange County Convention Center! As a leading janitorial service provider for the Orlando area with about 2.3 million square feet locally, Owens will provide services for 1.2 million square feet throughout their facilities. Ranking the second largest* convention center in the US, we appreciate the County entrusting us to maintain pristine conditions for their 1.4 million visitors annually.

Since our relationship with Orange County began in 2012, we have continued to exceed expectations through our sustainable and effective janitorial practices. With over 400 local dedicated team members, our commitment and focus remains on every resident and guest's health, safety, and integrity.
