OWENS REALTY SERVICES ACHIEVES ISSA CIMS CERTIFICATION WITH GREEN BUILDING AND HONORS

Owens Realty Services is thrilled to announce our achievement in obtaining the ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) Certification with Green Building and Honors! The CIMS-GB certification allows the Owens Team to assist clients in obtaining LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (LEED EB: O&M) points and assures them that Owens is ready to prepare and partner with them throughout the LEED process.

This rigorous and prestigious evaluation shows our organization's quality, efficiency, and sustainability of cleaning operations. This achievement solidifies that our janitorial operation team not only meets but exceeds the highest standards in the industry. We look forward to bringing this new certification to future and current clients as we maintain the highest quality standards while keeping green cleaning at the forefront of all operations.
