Sue's leadership and dedication have been instrumental in achieving numerous milestones for Owens Realty Services. Under her guidance, the team has secured six National BOMA building certifications and received two international BOMA Building of the Year Nominations. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond the office, as she actively participates in various professional organizations, including the Connecticut Green Building Council, APPA, BOMA, BSCAI, and IFMA. Sue holds a CAM license in both Connecticut and Florida, showcasing her extensive expertise and commitment to professional development.

One of Sue's standout qualities is her leadership approach, which incorporates the Disney Approach to Quality Standards. This methodology ensures that customer focus remains at the forefront of all operations, contributing to Owens Realty Services' reputation for outstanding service.
