Owens Attends BSCAI Executive Management Conference

Owens Realty Services was proud to attend the 2026 BSCAI Executive Management Conference, held May 13–15 in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The event brought together building service contractor leaders and management teams from across the industry to exchange ideas, discuss company priorities, and explore strategies that strengthen service delivery.

Representing Owens Realty Services were Lila Owens, Executive Vice President; Graysen Stroud, Vice President of Business Development; and Elsie Naruszewicz, Junior Sales Representative. Together, they joined industry professionals, emerging leaders, senior executives, vendors, and suppliers for meaningful conversations centered on growth, leadership, personnel management, negotiation skills, and best practices in the commercial cleaning and facility services industry.

The Building Service Contractors Association International, or BSCAI, supports janitorial services and commercial cleaning companies by providing resources that help businesses address key challenges such as staffing, estimating and bidding, customer service, retention, and other operational needs. Its Executive Management Conference is designed specifically for building service contractor leaders to learn from one another and discuss strategies that help advance company priorities.
