TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT - CELEBRATING OLIVER DOBAI

Congratulations to Oliver Dobai for being our featured Team Member of the Month! Oliver joined the team in 2017 after serving our country in the U.S. Army for 16 years in the Facilities Group at Fort Benning in Georgia. While there, he managed 54 physical facilities of all sizes, giving him the experience to oversee operations successfully within various impressive asset classes.

In his current position, Oliver serves as Owens' Facility Manager for a higher education portfolio in Orlando. Oliver has established excellent communication and relationships with our clients in Orlando as well as on the main campus in Tallahassee. His trustworthy reputation and proven leadership skills have allowed him to deliver superior client service as defined by Owens' Quality Service Standards. Some of Oliver's most significant accomplishments include implementing a new Key Control System, establishing a CMMS system, including monthly reporting to the client, resurfacing the parking lot, and relocating excess furniture and equipment.
