OWENS REALTY SERVICES ANNOUNCES NEW LEASES FOR JANUARY 2023

Owens Realty Services is excited to welcome Alliant Insurance Services to its new office in Hannibal Square! Alliant has officially signed their new lease with Owens for a 2,743-square-foot office space. Their commercial retail insurance expertise will bring new opportunities to the Winter Park area as they rank as one of the top 5 largest insurance brokerage firms in the U.S.

Additionally, Walker Consulting has signed a new lease with Owens for a 7,985-square-foot space at Fountain Square II in Tampa! Walker serves in 26 different locations, however this location will serve as the firm's new headquarters. Walker Consultants is a nationwide construction consultant and provides planning, design, engineering, forensics restoration, and building envelope consulting services.
