OWENS REALTY SERVICES ANNOUNCES NEW LEASES FOR FEBRUARY 2023

Owens Realty Services is excited to welcome The United Way to their new location at Fountain Square II in Tampa! Relocating from Westshore, United Way has signed a 9,474 square feet space with Owens and will soon open their doors at their new location! We are excited to support their mission of "improving lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities worldwide to advance the common good."

Additionally, Janney Montgomery Scott, a current tenant at 3001 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach, has expanded their contract by 3,000 square feet for a total footprint of 11,725 sqft.
