NEW YORK PROPERTIES ACHIEVE ENERGY STAR STATUS FOR THE FIRST TIME

Albany, NY – [October 12, 2023] – Owens Realty Services is proud to announce a significant milestone in its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Two iconic properties under management for the State of New York have achieved Energy Star status for the first time this year. This achievement marks another great milestone in the company's ongoing efforts to provide top-tier integrated facility management services for all clients.

Both buildings have been under Owens Realty Services' expert care since 2012. At that time, these buildings faced the challenge of outdated systems and aging infrastructure. However, with the dedicated efforts of the Owens Realty Services team and the support of the Office of General Services (OGS), these buildings have undergone a remarkable transformation.

The achievement of Energy Star status for these two buildings underscores the commitment of the Owens team to improving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. This accomplishment would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of key individuals within the team.
