Congratulations to Magda Ochoa Arenales for being our featured team member of the month! Magda joined the team in 2019 as Assistant Manager. Since then, her priority has been leading her team to meet the Owens Quality Service Standards. She is constantly willing to learn and adapt to become a better leader.

This year she was awarded the President's Award at their bi-annual Owens Excellence Awards as she inspires her team through value-infused leadership. By fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and honesty, Magda's dedication and commitment to her team are the foundation of the Owens vision.
